Etihad Reward Shop is operated by Collinson Middle East, incorporated and registered in the UAE as Collinson Middle East under licence number: 16710, and whose registered office is at Premises Number 3204 located at Level 32, Tower A, Business Central Towers, Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates(hereinafter referred to as "Collinson"). Etihad Reward Shop is for use only by eligible Etihad Guest members. When purchasing a product or service via the Etihad Reward Shop, you are concluding a contract with the Merchant partner supplying the reward and not with the Etihad Guest shopEtihad Guest LLC strictly excludes any liability related to Etihad Reward Shop and you irrevocably agree to waive any or all claims against Etihad Guest LLC on a worldwide basis. All rewards are subject to limited availability, and to the Terms and Conditions and restrictions imposed by the partner. The number of miles required for specific redemption items are subject to change at any time.  

 

Etihad Guest LLC is not suppliers of the merchandise, or the products and services. Etihad Guest LLC and Collinson , their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise or products or services redeemable under the Etihad Reward Shop and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed. 

 

For each product or service ordered, the partner’s Terms and Conditions apply. 

 

All redemptions are subject to the availability of sufficient miles. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient points. 

 

Etihad Reward Shop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions herein and the number of miles required for redemption. 

 

Etihad Reward Shop are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods or vouchers redeemed through the The Etihad Reward Shop. 

 

At any time, and without prior notice, Etihad Reward Shop may change or terminate participating partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any redemption item, or change the number of points required for any redemption item, even though such changes may affect the accrual or values of miles or redemption items. 

 

In case of any dispute arising from the The Etihad Reward Shop, the decision of the Etihad Reward shop shall be final. 

 

Etihad Reward Shop are not responsible for goods or services offered by any companies participating in miles promotions. Partner offers are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer. See individual offers for details. Partners are subject to change. Offers are void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. 

 

The customer is liable to pay all customs charges, import duties, taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination. 

 

A redemption item can be cancelled, exchanged or returned within a 14-day period following the order delivery. Please contact the partner directly to receive instructions about how to return merchandiseYour Miles will be credited back into your account after confirmation of cancellation by the partner. To an extent any of your personal information is processed by Etihad Guest LLC, it will be processed consistent with Etihad Guest privacy policy located here.
