More Miles, More Rewards Giveaway Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions are in addition to and should be read in conjunction with Etihad Guest Reward Shop Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry
Etihad Guest members (“Members”) get a chance to win back miles when they shop on the Etihad Guest Reward Shop from 15th August to 15th September 2024.
A transaction will void if the product/voucher is returned before the closing date.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the promo is open to Members over the age of 18 years.
Entry is not open to any of Loylogic’s affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, or members of such employees’ immediate families.
Entry is not applicable on Reward PLAY/Raffle participation.
3. Prize
Every member spending their miles based on the below milestones will receive “milesback” on their incremental spend:
- 50,000 - 99,999 = 5%
- 100,000 - 149,999 Miles = 10%
- 150,000 - 199,999 Miles = 15%
- 200,000+ Miles = 20%
Miles will be credited to the winning members with valid transactions in 30 working days after the campaign period.
4. Member Information
Unless you notify us otherwise, the information in your Etihad Guest profile will be used by us to administer the promo(s), including entering your information, notifying you in case of any changes, allocating miles and publishing your information in the participants list. Refer to the Privacy Notice for more information on how your data is handled.
5. Promo Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the promo, for any reason.
6. Late/Unsuccessful Entry
We accept no responsibility for entries which are not successfully issued due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
7. No Conversion
The promo involves only ‘miles’ back to the participating members and cannot be replaced by any alternate option or choice.
8. Applicable Law
By entering the promo, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering the promo. In case you participate in the promo although applicable jurisdiction prohibits prize raffles and/or prize raffle participation, we reserve the right not to ship the prize. We will not be held responsible if you enter any prize raffle unlawfully. If in any doubt you should check with the relevant authorities in your country.
