This product is provided by One Luggage Limited trading as OneReward. Some products are shipped from the UK and may be subject to import duties.
Your purchase order, to which these Terms and Conditions apply, is between you and One Luggage Limited. The purchase price of this product is the price when the Purchase order is made. One Luggage is not obliged to make any payment concerning the product on offer.
One Luggage is entitled at any time to refuse the purchase order if they suspect fraud, deception, misuse of the promotional activities, or if in their opinion assume the transaction to be of a fraudulent nature. One Luggage is not liable for any additional charges which may include but not limited to; Custom charges, import duties, taxes and clearance fees applied by the destination country.
Any orders made with One Luggage will be delivered under our standard terms and conditions. The orders will be fulfilled within 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified in the product description. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. In certain countries products may not be shipped to PO Box addresses and merchant assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs issues, or force majeure.
In case of delayed shipments due to incomplete Consumer details, Merchant will attempt to contact Consumer to update delivery details. If no resolution has been made after 3 attempts the order will be cancelled, and Consumer and ValueDynamx notified accordingly. Any cash payment towards the product will be refunded to the debit/credit card the member used and any Miles redeemed by the member for the product will be returned to the member’s account (excluding all delivery charges).
The buyer should inspect the delivered products immediately and notify One Luggage of any identified defect within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Any returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be returned in their original packaging to One Luggage.
In order to complete your order, the personal data provided by you will be processed by One Luggage Limited. Such processing will include the transfer of data by One Luggage Limited who will use the data to facilitate shipment of the order which can be located in a country with no adequate level of data protection. In order to fulfil your order, you agree that your personal data will be transferred to and otherwise processed by One Luggage Limited and its suppliers.
