When you place an order, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:Delivery Policy: Orders will be shipped from UAE and delivered within 14 calendar days from the date of your order receipt. We are not liable for any delayed shipping times or an inability to deliver the ordered products in the event of any circumstances beyond our control. Products can not be shipped to PO Box addresses. We assume no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs charges or issues, or force majeure. Please check the importing rules and fees before placing the order.
Return Policy: Refunds or replacements are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection and the product is not in its the original packaging. Please carefully check your order before buying through the Etihad Reward Shop. Products will not be replaced if stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise altered after delivery. Any damage observed after opening the parcel and examining the goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. After that, the product will be considered accepted and may not be returned, refunded, or replaced. The possibility of a return/exchange is valid only per a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please check the product details and specifications before opening the package. If an incorrect item is received the buyer must notify Munero within 48 hours of delivery.
