The 90-minute butler-guided tour will take guests on an exclusive journey of discovery, to hear the untold stories of Dubai’s world-famous hotel and uncover what makes the international icon of the UAE a landmark of architectural innovation. The tour includes a visit to the famous hotel atrium and glamourous Royal Suite as well as a curated Experience Suite with digital interactives allowing guests to relive history with original architectural designs showcasing where it all started. Starting off at the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, guests will be driven by buggy to a photo op vantage point midway over the bridge that connects the hotel to the mainland.

Important Information

• Doors open at 9:30 @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge
• Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts
• Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and in the first floor
• Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+
• Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeira Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required
• The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
