An initiative in collaboration with Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) to support the victims of Beirut explosion. The explosion left at least 150 people dead, 5,000 injured and as many as 300,000 people had been made temporarily homeless. Our aim is to alleviate the sufferings of affected people through our miles donation campaign and Etihad Guest will contribute to the donation as well.
Donated Etihad Guest Miles, will be used to purchase protective equipment, medical supplies, dry food items & home renovation.
- Provision of protection equipment and hygiene items like masks, gloves, etc. = 1,666 miles
- Provision of medical supplies and medicines to address critical shortages of the primary health care system = 5,555 miles
- Provision of dry food items = 2,222 miles
- Support for home renovation = 16,666 miles
