Raffles are organized by our partner Loylogic Rewards FZE, Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority, P.O. Box 293805, Dubai (“Loylogic”) from time to time in jurisdictions where permitted by applicable law. Neither Etihad Guest nor Loylogic assume any liability for Members’ voluntary participation in raffles. When you enter into a raffle, you agree to Loylogic’s terms and conditions. Etihad Guest only provides access and the technical platform for you to enter into raffles organized by Loylogic.

Reward Play Terms & Conditions

• This Raffle will run from 22.09.2024 and closes at midnight on 23.10.2024.
• To enter you must redeem 250 Miles for a prize draw ticket.
• Entry into the raffle is open to Members over the age of 18 years who are resident in the following territories:
  • Australia (excluding residents of New South Wales)
  • Canada (excluding residents of Quebec)
  • Germany
  • India (excluding residents of Tamil Nadu)
  • Ireland
  • United Arab Emirates
  • United Kingdom
  • United States of America (excluding residents of Rhode Island)
• Entry is not open to Members located in any other jurisdictions.
• Entry is not open to any of Etihad Guest’s or Loylogic’s affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, test-users, employees, or members of such employees’ immediate families.
• Raffle tickets cannot be purchased with cash or money equivalent.
• Miles redeemed for Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
• Raffle tickets are electronic and will not be mailed physically.
• After a raffle is closed, the winner will be drawn at random and the decision shall be final.
• The winner will be informed by email within 24-48 hours after the draw.
• The winner explicitly agrees to bear the cost (if any) of customs, VAT, and any other related taxes or fees and Loylogic reserves the right to invoice the winner for the same.
• The conversion of a Prize into a cash amount and the payment of such cash amount to the winner or any similar transactions is not possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel any raffle, for any reason, before or after all or some of the raffle tickets have been sold.
• In these circumstances we will return the Miles redeemed to all participants in the cancelled raffle without obligation to pay any interest whatsoever.

No purchase necessary

• You can enter without redeeming Miles and receive a coupon code for one free entry.
• Email us at Etihad.RaffleEntry@loylogic.com with the following information in the subject line: "Free Entry", your Member ID and the Name of the draw.
• We will send you a code which can be used to claim one entry into this raffle.
• Only one code can be claimed per raffle.

Once you have purchased your Raffle tickets, the Miles will be taken from your account and an email containing your ticket numbers will be sent to you.
