With the EM59 TENS/EMS device from Beurer, you have recovery, relief, rehabilitation and relaxation all in one device. The electrostimulation device can be used for pain relief without medication or side effects, as well as for muscle regeneration. This product is supplied by Munero Global Loyalty, located in the United Arab Emirates. When you place an order, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Delivery Policy: Orders will be shipped from UAE and delivered within 14 calendar days from the date of your order receipt. We are not liable for any delayed shipping times or an inability to deliver the ordered products in the event of any circumstances beyond our control. Products can not be shipped to PO Box addresses. We assume no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs charges or issues, or force majeure. Please check the importing rules and fees before placing the order.
In case of delayed shipments due to incomplete Consumer details, Merchant will attempt to contact Consumer to update delivery details. If no resolution has been made after 3 attempts the order will be cancelled, and Consumer and ValueDynamx notified accordingly. Any cash payment towards the product will be refunded to the debit/credit card the member used and any Miles redeemed by the member for the product will be returned to the member’s account (excluding all delivery charges).
Return Policy: Refunds or replacements are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection and the product is not in its the original packaging. Please carefully check your order before buying through the Reward Shop. Products will not be replaced if stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise altered after delivery. Any damage observed after opening the parcel and examining the goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. After that, the product will be considered accepted and may not be returned, refunded, or replaced. The possibility of a return/exchange is valid only per a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please check the product details and specifications before opening the package. If an incorrect item is received the buyer must notify Munero within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement and or refund will be accepted if the product is in it’s original packaging and the seals are not broken. The item must be deemed in a sellable condition upon the return request.
Any cost such as shipping/duties and/or any other expenses related to the return of the product will be deducted from the value of the order. The return of the product is at the sole expense of the buyer.
