Your purchase order, to which these Terms and Conditions apply, is between you and Al Wakil Trading LLC. The purchase price of this product is the price when the Purchase order is made.
Al Wakil is not obliged to make any payment concerning the product on offer.
Al Wakil is entitled at any time to refuse and revoke Awards if they suspect fraud, deception,misuse of the promotional activities, or if in their opinion assume the transaction to be of a fradulent nature.
Al Wakil is not liable for any additional charges which include but is not limited to; Custom charges, import duties, taxes and clearance fees, where applicable at the destination.
The purchased goods should be delivered within 10 working days and Al Wakil is not liable for any delayed shipping times or an inability to deliver the ordered products in the event of any circumstances beyond Al Wakil control.In case of delayed shipments due to incomplete Consumer details, Merchant will attempt to contact Consumer to update delivery details.
